Thank You, Lord!

I Thessalonians 5:18 "In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."

When I think about what is going on in the world today, and the most recent attacks on Paris it moved on me and cause me to be more thankful about everything in my life. I thought about this song "I Just Want to Thank You Lord" would be great to reflect on God's goodness and mercy in our lives. I pray this awesome song will be a blessing to you and a reminder to give thanks as you reflect on the God's goodness. We should be thankful to God just for who He is, El Shaddai, God Almighty. He gave us His everlasting and unconditonal love, peace that passes all understanding, unspeakable joy and His goodness. Oh that men would give thanks unto the Lord for His goodness. We know Thanksgiving is right around the corner  and some express thankgiving to the Lord during that time.  Truly it is a time of reflection and a time where many will be enjoying their family, friends, and love ones will be expressing their thanks for all He is and has done in their lives. Let us continue to thank God on a daily basis and acknowledge Him for his grace and mercy. Also, let us not to forget to pray for Paris and for protection over this nation. 


Let us pray, Gracious Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy.  Help us to reflect on Your goodness and mercy in our lives often. Help us to always give thanks, proclaim your goodness and sing praises to your name. Continue to be our refuge and strength. We unite together in prayer for Paris, bring peace and restoration to the city, and healing to all those that suffered from this horrific act of  violence, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Thank you for answering our prayer in Jesus name, Amen.

Once upon a time, an old man spread rumors that his neighbor was a thief. As a result, the young man was arrested and put behind bars for no fault of his own. Days later, the poor man was proven innocent.
