Unnecessary Battles

There are some battles that are not ours to fight. In these battles we step into territories that are forbidden. This gives the enemy legal rights to do with you whatever he wants to do. We come out of these battles confused, worn out, stressed, oppressed, sick, attacked. And yes, you can even die. Battles concerning our children, jobs, finances, other people battles, family battles, relationships, friendly fire battles (those who you confide in, they pretend to be in Christ but are evil). The only battles that we are allowed to fight are the ones God chooses for us.  Remember 2 Chronicles 20:15 tells us; For the battle is not yours, but God's.

    Thank you Lady Debra for this encouraging Word, as Christian we are God soldiers and our life is constantly in battle, constant warfare on the battlefield, as good soldiers with God on our side if we endure hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ we wont lose the battle; For the battle is not ours, but the Lord.

Drapetomania What is drapetomania, it is a term that was originated and hypothesized in 1851 by a man named Samuel Cartwright who was a medical doctor that practiced medicine in the South? He came up with this racial theory when an African slave would runaway, Cartwright considered that the slaves had a disease, a mental illness when one wanted to flee. Think about this because an African slave wanted to escape from being beaten, dehumanize, raped, and who wanted to escape captivity. Are do we trust more in man whom the bible tell us not to put our trust in? Why? Simply because man help can hurt you, betray you, leave you, forsake you and so forth. However, I challenge you today as a Servant of God to put your complete trust in God. Do not allow your heart to fail from fear, man, are the cares of this world. But continue to look upward to the hills from where your help comes from. Just know this, the Lord will bring you out of all your troubles and supply all your needs.
