Psalm 139:14
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderfully made I know that full well.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?

When we look into the mirror daily most of us already know that we are the fairest if them all.  As time continues to pass some of see a new wrinkle, pimple or an age spot.  Appearance means a lot in this world around us.  The truth be told we live in a generation when appearance is a number one priority in all cultures.

Today with social media we are rearing youth that are more concerned with the way they look than their grades or goals for college. We want them to be popular but at whose expense when everyone does not have the luxury of credit cards at 14 and homes valued at $300K. The results of children who feel like you owe them is that they will be selfish and feel like they are due whatever comes their way. The minute you say no you will see a tantrum at the least and a major argument at the greatest. The word tells us in Proverbs 22:6 to train our children.  That simply means we are to say no and teach them responsibility and give them chores.

As Christians we know what our Heavenly Father expects from us. We are fearfully and wonderfully made.  He made us in his image and even though sin tries to disfigure us our Father loves us all. We have his word in that.   We are not what we should be nor are we what we use to be.  We are all moving forward in the hope that one day the image of God will be fully restored in us. Remain steadfast and unmoved by the cares of this world.  God loves you and I do to🥰.
